Member of StructSpaceProperties
The CharacterSpacing property returns or specifies the amount of space between the characters in a text object. This value represents a percentage of the Space character (that is, the character inserted when you press the Spacebar). The maximum percentage value is 2000; the minimum percentage value is -100.

The value set with the CharacterSpacing property cannot exceed the
maximum character-spacing limit specified by the
StructAlignProperties.MaxCharacterSpacing property.
